For users engaged in small-lot, multi-variety production, it is required that product changeovers and cleaning between batches are easily manageable and verifiable. This time, in addition to the casing opening and closing mechanism, we propose our optional CIP cleaning and basket lift-up device. (1) Casing opening and closing mechanism (2) In-machine CIP cleaning device (3) Basket lift-up mechanism By implementing CIP cleaning, it is possible to reduce the cleaning workload. [Reference Data] Filtration Separation Capability

Conducted tests using the MG-50W fully automatic centrifuge! Confirmed the changes in filtration performance.

We would like to introduce reference data on filtration and separation capabilities. The test model is the "MG-50W Automatic Centrifuge," with centrifugal forces of 1700G and 2500G. We circulated and filtered 90L of contaminated liquid (industrial water) mixed with glass processing sludge at a concentration of 30,000 mg/L, and collected samples at different centrifugal forces: original solution ⇒ 1 pass (after 3 minutes) ⇒ 5 passes (after 15 minutes) ⇒ 10 passes (after 30 minutes) to confirm the changes in filtration performance. As a result, at a centrifugal force of 1700G, the SS concentration after 1 pass was 5,400 mg/L, and after 10 passes, it was 68 mg/L. At a centrifugal force of 2500G, the SS concentration after 1 pass was 3,300 mg/L, and after 10 passes, it was 28 mg/L. Detailed test results can be viewed via the related links.
